You Gather started while we were driving through the Lindis Pass on the way to Arrowtown, Central Otago. We couldn’t help but admire the landscape and chat about how epic an event in the mountains or high country would be. 

For us, it makes so much sense to want to have a special event in a beautiful location, but it’s such a shame to have those views obstructed once inside a venue or marquee, this is where the idea and dream for You Gather was created.

You Gather Events provides ten different size options of black frame clear marquees between 10x5m and 10x50m, as well as furniture for weddings, corporate, and special events.

We offer custom-made furniture on request and onsite event management for large events, with our biggest marquee capable of hosting up to 500 people.
